Coffee, tea, chocolate – they’ve all got one thing in common: caffeine.
This week in my Facebook Group we chatted about caffeine and the question was asked – is three cups of coffee a day too much? Is that what’s disrupting my sleep?

One thing I really wanted to emphasise in that chat- is that no-one is YOUER that YOU! (Bit of Dr Seuss right there). In other words – you’re an individual, with your own DNA, your own genetics, your own metabolism and your own caffeine processing ability – it’s true.
So the best thing you can do is LISTEN to your own body.
Listening and responding to your body is the key to intuitive living and intuitive eating.
You probably know by now that I’m totally NOT a fan of dieting and restriction (yuck!). I’m 100% convinced that listening to your body and your desires will lead you to a happier+healthier life.
And I’m not alone in thinking that – here’s an excerpt from an article about non-diet eating styles:
“Those who followed non-dieting eating styles were more content with their bodies, enjoyed a greater variety of foods, had better self-esteem, were less likely to emotionally eat, less likely to have disordered eating patterns, less likely to internalise the thin ideal promoted in the media, and had higher overall psychological well-being.”
